Machined from stainless steel in two parts then bonded with SDS noise absorbing polymers. As well as adding mass, which is what other pucks do, the Soundeck DPS incorporates the constrained layer which actually collects and removes vibrations in the record. This results in a cleaner more defined bass and clarity across the full frequency range. Weight is around 430 grams (please note this may vary due to machining tolerances)
